RPSN provides a confidential, short‑term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to support the wellbeing of individuals and the organisations they work within. Our model is responsive, clinically grounded, and relational, offering timely access to experienced psychotherapists and psychologists who deliver steady, evidence‑based care. We recognise that employees seek support at moments of vulnerability, complexity, or uncertainty, and we ensure they are met with professionalism, emotional maturity, and a calm, grounded therapeutic presence.
