About the Founder.
Claire Rowe — Founder & Principal Practitioner
Claire is a registered psychotherapist and organisational consultant with over 20 years of private practice experience, supporting individuals, couples, teams, and workplaces across Perth, regional Western Australia, and interstate via secure telehealth. Across two decades, she has helped clients become empowered to make real, meaningful change in their lives through warm, boundaried, trauma‑informed care.
Claire is an award‑winning EAP practitioner, recognised at both state and national levels for excellence in service delivery. Her reputation is built on responsiveness, clinical integrity, and a genuine commitment to supporting people and organisations with steadiness and care.
She has a natural capacity to help people feel at ease. Claire is relatable, grounded, and able to connect with individuals from all walks of life, whether she is supporting frontline staff, senior leaders, elected members, or people navigating complex personal or workplace challenges.
Her background includes significant work within the NDIS, particularly with individuals experiencing complex psychosocial disabilities, as well as deep experience across workers compensation, injury management, pain management, and the alcohol and other drug (AOD) sectors.
Claire has also worked extensively with local government across Western Australia, providing EAP support to local councils and shires statewide. She has partnered directly with private and government CEOs, executive leaders, management teams, employers, and elected members to strengthen organisational culture, improve psychosocial health, and support safe, sustainable workforce practices.
This breadth of experience allows her to bring a grounded, clinically informed, and operationally aware perspective to both therapeutic and organisational contexts.
A Practice Built on Responsiveness and Partnership
RPSN was founded on a simple but powerful principle: timely, steady support makes a meaningful difference.
Claire’s practice model is intentionally small and relational — designed to offer the responsiveness, care, and continuity that large corporate providers cannot replicate. She partners closely with HR teams, leaders, and organisations to provide support that is clinically sound, operationally aware, and aligned with WHS and psychosocial safety obligations.
Clinical Expertise & Professional Focus

A Calm, Contained Approach
Claire is known for her calm, steady presence, particularly in high‑pressure or emotionally demanding situations. Her approach is warm, boundaried, and clinically grounded, helping people feel safe, understood, and supported through both everyday challenges and acute incidents.
